By engaging GlobalWebX for web development services, you ("the Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before commissioning any work.

1. Services

GlobalWebX provides web development services including WordPress development, custom HTML/CSS/JS development, performance optimization, security and maintenance, and hosting and domain management. The scope of work for each project is agreed upon via WhatsApp before any payment is made.

2. Payment Terms

• 70% advance payment is required after you approve the initial design mockup or wireframe. Work commences upon receipt of this payment.
• 30% final payment is due upon project completion and before the website goes live or files are handed over.
• Payments are made via bank transfer or as agreed. All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• Domain and hosting costs are paid directly by the Client to the service provider (e.g. Hostinger). GlobalWebX does not charge a markup on these costs.

3. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project and are subject to timely provision of content, images, and feedback by the Client. Delays caused by the Client may extend the delivery date. GlobalWebX will communicate any delays as soon as they are identified.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all required content (text, images, logo) in a timely manner.
• Review design mockups and provide clear, consolidated feedback within 3 business days.
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials they provide.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

5. Revisions

Each project includes up to 2 rounds of design revisions at the mockup stage and up to 2 rounds of content revisions before final delivery. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be quoted separately.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client owns all website files, design assets, and content created specifically for their project.
• GlobalWebX retains the right to display the completed website in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
• Any third-party components (WordPress themes, plugins, stock images) are subject to their own respective licences.

7. Confidentiality

GlobalWebX treats all Client information shared during a project — including business details, patient data structures, and financial information — as strictly confidential. This information will not be shared with any third party without the Client's explicit consent.

8. Cancellation

• If the Client cancels a project before work commences, the advance payment is fully refundable.
• If the Client cancels after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued at GlobalWebX's discretion based on work completed.
• GlobalWebX reserves the right to terminate a project if the Client fails to make payments or provide required materials after reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlobalWebX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a delivered website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, patients, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

10. Third-Party Services

GlobalWebX may recommend or integrate third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, analytics platforms, payment processors). We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, pricing changes, or terms of these third-party services.

11. Maintenance & Support

Post-launch support is provided under a separate maintenance agreement. Without an active maintenance agreement, GlobalWebX is not obligated to provide updates, fixes, or support after the project delivery date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or, where necessary, through the appropriate courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

GlobalWebX reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
