We do not ask for full payment upfront. You pay 70% only after you have seen and approved the design — so you know exactly what you are getting before committing the majority of the fee. The remaining 30% is paid on delivery once you are fully satisfied.
Hosting and domain costs are paid directly by you to the provider — we add zero markup. The quote you receive is the total you pay for development. If you need additional pages or features beyond the agreed scope, we discuss and agree on any extra cost before doing the work.
Timeline depends on the number of pages, features, and how quickly you provide content. We give you a clear estimate upfront before you commit. The most common delay is waiting for the client to provide photos and text. If you have everything ready, we can move faster.

For custom HTML sites, minor updates like changing clinic hours or adding a phone number are handled by us free of charge. Major additions are quoted separately.
